This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

  • Service means the Website and Bedrock’s services and platforms collectively.

Further, We collect information such as search words and phrases You provide when You use the search functionality, search box or search engine on our Service. We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

Use of ZoomInfo

We also use services provided by ZoomInfo Technologies LLC (“ZoomInfo”) to help Us better understand and engage with visitors to Our Service. ZoomInfo may collect and process certain information about Your visit, including Your IP address, to help Us identify the business or organization associated with that IP address. This process may involve correlating Your IP address with publicly available or licensed business data to infer potential business contact information.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help create reports and statistics on the performance of the Service. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device type and operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited. If You don’t want Google Analytics to be used in your browser, You can install the “Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On,” provided by Google.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect Our Service from spam and abuse. For example, You may be asked to check a box indicating that You are not a robot or Google reCAPTCHA may detect abusive traffic without user interaction. Google reCAPTCHA works by transmitting certain types of information to Google, such as the referrer URL, IP address, visitor behavior, operating system information, browser and length of the visit, cookies, and mouse movements. If Your privacy rights request has previously been denied by Us and You believe We denied it in error, You may appeal for reconsideration of Your request via emailing privacy@bedrockdata.ai.

The exact scope of these rights may vary by state. To exercise any of these rights, or to appeal a decision regarding a consumer rights request please contact Us at privacy@bedrockdata.ai. Please note that We may need to authenticate Your identity before Your request can be processed, providing Us with 2-3 pieces of Personal Data which We will match to the information We maintain about You. For authentication, You may be asked to provide certain Personal Data that We will match against Our records. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on Your behalf; however, You will still need to verify Your identity directly with Us before Your request can be processed.

We will not discriminate against You in a manner prohibited by the applicable state privacy laws because You exercise Your privacy rights. While You may request to delete Your Personal Data, such deletions may affect Our ability to offer the Service to You.

Shine The Light Law

If You are a California resident and have an established business relationship with Us, California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits You to request information regarding the disclosure of Your Personal Data by Us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes (as those terms are defined in that statute). EEA, UK and Switzerland Residents

European Union / European Economic Area, (“EEA”), UK and Switzerland data subjects may have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and the UK GDPR. Once You make a request, We will respond in one month or less unless extenuating circumstances apply.
